Additional Time: For more complex quotes, we charge $50 for every additional 15 minutes (If your insurance company requires extensive back-and-forth communication, we will pause all work until further payments are made) This is not what usually happens. But we have seen a few companies that are huge time sucks and dozens of emails calls.
